Return of The Crib

Thanks to the Tyne & Esk Rural Communities Development Fund The Crib is nearly back on the road! Our 40ft converted bus, The Crib (Community Reach & Inclusion Bus) suffered some mechanical issues and then was quite badly vandalised. But thanks to Tyne & Esk, a Crowdfunder campaign and support from the Co-op’s Local Community Fund almost all of the damage has now been repaired and we hope to have the bus back from the garage in the coming weeks. There’s still some aesthetic work to be done to the interior but you should see the Crib back at a local community centre or event over the spring and summer months. In the meantime though our outreach team have been delivering Dr Bike and electronic music sessions at youth clubs across East Lothian. This term the crew are at Prestonpans, Ormiston and Port Seton community centres on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays respectively.
