Fight For Change

Muay Thai, known as the art of eight limbs, utilises punches, kicks, knees, and elbows; as well as leg sweeps and clinching techniques. Practiced by many for sport, fitness, and self defence.
Our Fight For Change programme teaches the fundamental techniques of Muay Thai alongside Mixed Martial Arts and Boxing, combined with strength and conditioning to provide a wide range of benefits to participants.
Throughout the course, participants will cover core principles:

- Bag & pad work
- Circuits & training drills
- Teamwork & communication
- Combat for sport
- Optional sparring
- Nutritional advice

Qualifications & Certification
Through our Fight for Change programme, we offer participants the opportunity to enroll with Edinburgh College on the Heavy Sound course. We offer SQA units at SCQF level 2 & 3, and can support them through qualifications in Sports, Positive Relationships and Well-being.
